Bright Futures is delighted to announce that Charlotte Layton will join the Trust on 1 October 2024 in the role of Director of People and Culture, on the Executive Team.

Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience working within the Human Resources and Organisational Development profession and has held a number of Director and Board Level HR Director roles prior to joining Bright Futures.

We warmly welcome Charlotte to Bright Futures and really look forward to working with her.

Charlotte has extensive experience of working across both the public and private sectors and is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and skills with colleagues to continue to ensure that people are always at the heart of everything Bright Futures does.

Throughout her career, Charlotte has led on the design and implementation of organisational cultures and has a keen interest in coaching and organisational development. In her previous roles, she has worked at both a regional and national level to support leadership programme development, and design and service transformation.

Charlotte has worked at Board Level within the NHS, Housing, and Greater Manchester Police. She has also been a Trustee and Vice Chair of a national charity.
